You may return all items sold by GolBazaar within 2 Days of delivery for a refund as long as the product is unused and in good condition.
Notes – Underwear, Swimwears, Personal Hygiene products will not be eligible for return.

How to Return

For non-quality-related reason of return, you can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:-

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to Account > Orders > Order Details Page
3. Click on Apply for Return
4. Fill in the details and Submit a return request
5. You have to submit 2 photographs of the product with the request form.
6. If the pickup is not available at your location you have to mail the return package by yourself.
7. The pickup fee is 50 Rupees per package which will be deducted from your refund total. But if it is our fault for a return like wrong product or damage product the pickup service will be free.
8. The COD charges are non-refundable for all COD Products.

*All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition as it was received.

Cancellation and Return Policy

• The buyer has the option to cancel the order only in a case when he has placed the order and supplier is yet to confirm the order. The supplier gets 48 hours to process the order.
• Also, when the product is delivered to the buyer, the buyer has the option to arrange for a return within 48 hours of delivery of the product. The return will be done as long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.
• Once the return is scheduled by the buyer, we will get the pick up done from the buyer.

Refund Policy

• Once the cancellation is done by the buyer, we initiate the refund within 3-4 working days. The customer will receive the refund in his bank account within 10 working days.
