How do I place an order?

Here’s how you can place an order:
1) Select a catalog that you want to order Within catalog, select the specific product. On product details page, select size and quantity and click on “ADD TO CART” button. After this, you will be redirected to the checkout page. Enter your billing details, Choose a payment method Review order details and click on ‘PLACE ORDER’ button, Depending on your payment mode, the order will be confirmed in the following manner:

  • Online Payment: Complete the payment process and your order will be confirmed instantly.
  • COD: To confirm your first COD order, please drop us an email at and someone from our team will get in touch with you. 3.
  • IMPS: Upload the screenshot of payment confirmation screen. We’ll confirm the order as soon as we review the screenshot.

How do I check if the order is confirmed?

To do so:

  • Go to the ‘Orders’ section
  • You will find your previous and current order status
  • Select the order and check whether it is confirmed

What about the quality of the products?

At GolBazaar, we have stringent quality checks and ensure that we onboard only high-quality suppliers. In case the product quality is not up to the mark, we provide easy return and exchange policy. Can I pick up the shipment from GolBazaar’s office or hub?

Yes, once you placed the order and order reached GolBazaar’s office at Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh you can come and collect or else it will be delivered to the address that you mentioned while placing the order

Can I make changes to my order?

You can change your order anytime before payment or just cancel this order and create a new one. We do not recommend changing it after you made the payment as it may delay your order.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
